2. Digital Products & Services
All products and services offered on webinar.xperiencewave.com are delivered digitally (for example: webinar access, recordings, digital downloads, online courses, and other electronic materials). Because our offerings are digital and delivered instantly or shortly after purchase, most sales are final.
3. No Refund Policy
3.1. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, we do not offer refunds. All sales are final.
3.2. This includes refunds for reasons such as change of mind, inability to attend a live webinar, dissatisfaction with content, or technical incompatibilities on the buyer’s side.
4. Exceptions
4.1. Legal Obligations: If applicable law requires a refund in specific circumstances, we will comply with that law.
4.2. Defective or Non-Conforming Digital Content: If you believe a product or webinar recording is defective, corrupted, or not as described, contact our support team within 8 days of purchase. We will investigate and — where appropriate and required by law — provide a refund or replacement. Resolution timelines may vary but typically take between 8 to 10 working days after a valid claim is submitted.
5. How to Request Support or a Review
If you have issues accessing content or believe a purchase qualifies for an exception, email our support team at contact@expwave.in. Include:
- Your name and order ID (or email used for purchase)
- Description of the issue
- Any screenshots or files that help explain the problem
We will acknowledge your request and respond with next steps.
6. Chargebacks
If you file a chargeback with your payment provider without first contacting us, we reserve the right to contest the chargeback and provide evidence of delivery and access. Unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension and loss of access to purchased materials.
